We do not have any of those problems you mentioned here. People still
hand out candy. Neighbors decorate their homes for almost every
holiday. Even my Vanagons in front of the house are full of cobwebs. A
+ for authenticity. Local constable told be earlier that he can't
decide between his ninja or nurse's outfit.

All is good in the hood. Except the kids are nervous about
approachingy door 'tween the narrow passageway created by two very
unkempt T3's. Hey, they are just playing the part for the holiday.
