I know people that have done it but not had to myself.........yet. Some of the places we travel it may become necessary one day. Almost did last month in Denali National Park when we stopped to help some tourists with a flat tire but a NP service truck came by and had an air compressor on board. There is video online of people doing it, The ones I have seen worked but I would be more careful and do it away from others and not with people standing by the tire.
