Except in the SE U.S., where the meth burners are everywhere. And, in the Ouachita National Forest, much of the forest has been turned over to state wildlife department management as cooperative wildlife management areas (read -- hunting preserves), and special use permits are now required to enter. Lots of things wrong with management of public lands. Dave Mc
