Bill,

I greatly appreciate your kind offer - however the coolant peice is brand new. Turned out there were two small holes in the hose that runs from the passenger side head to the coolant T.

I repalced the hose with one from my parts bus last night and all is well - Yayyyy!!!! We tried for quite a while last night to get the coolant system bled - but could not get it completely clear of air. I'll attack it again tonight.

Thanks again for your offer - it is gestures of kindness like yours that make this community so great.
