dear inspector vanagon
we should agree that rules vary from province to province and state to state
indeed even from region to region .. as it is i dont need air care test
but people just 100 miles away in the same province do require air care test
in Prince Edward Island every vehicle including brand new off the lot never
turned a wheel
require stem to stern inspection and application of a current decal ...
center of window by rear view mirror
stove and sink we are motor home
same van as a weekender and you have a station wagon
vehicles never registered in bc require an inspection
towing in oregon can be done with any piece of string and a tricycle
bc you require a vehicle twice as heavy as the load and fixed bar that
allows heavier behicle to control the steering of towed vehicle
up until very recently one could drive anywhere in the yukon with your open
container of alcohol ...
i love this variance of reality ..
