The "escutcheon" p/n is in fact 251-843-711 (but it's NLA except for the
delrin reproduction being sold on eBay)
The seal p/n is 211-843-731 and is a cream colored foam. No p/n on it.
Not expensive if it's still available. I have an spare just in case my
replacement one is MIA next time I take the handle off so I could P-mail
you a picture of it if you want.
The "sticker" that protects the paint from the escutcheon is p/n
251-843-708
The seal is about the size of a small wedding band and I'm not sure how
you would go about making one up yourself. You might give your local VW
dealer a call and see if they can order one in for you, or add it to your
Bus Depot wish list.
