I'm puzzled by the question. Truthfully, it isn't the bulb that makes all the much of a difference. It's where the reflector puts the light generated from the bulb. Even if you are sucessful putting an H4 bulb in to the stock USDOT reflectors, you won't get any better light on the road in front of you. The Eurospec headlights have a much different lighting pattern. Yes, they also happen to use an H4 bulb, but that's pure happenstance.
