As did/do all the overpowered H4s or overpowered halogen bulbs everyone has run for years, all illegal, all with the potential to annoy and cause glare Mike, that is my point.  Let alone the euro only reflectors, and the E-codes, and even worse the idiots running RHD 7" reflectors on LHD cars.  If I'm not getting flashed in over a year, it ain't annoying anyone, I'll keep doing it so I don't hit a moose.  I read this stuff when put em in, I read the stuff that told me not to put the first set of Hella 55/60W H4s in my '78 diesel Rabbit in 1987 as well.    Chalk it up to my generous disregard for fellow man, running my Honda generator for my wife when I camp, etc, etc, etc.  Again what I am interested in is if anyone has put them in the stock reflectors, and if so were they or were they not exceptionally annoying, because if they are, I will refrain, if they are not, I will likely install a set and am not wanting to blow the $180 to find out.  Who knows maybe I'll put a 4" stainless tip on the exhaust too, and cut a couple coils off it to lower it...   John
