I replaced my rusted-out power plug with an RV replacement part. I bought this common part at an RV supply store near my home. I drilled out the pop-rivets on the rectangular housing that it came in (it was different size and shape), removing the needed center plug-part, which I then pop-riveted (as original) into my original rectangular housing. Looks original and works like new!

You might be able to repair it with something like a Hubbel HBL5278C http://www.stayonline.com/detail.aspx?ID=8718

or a Leviton 5239 - http://www.4.midlightelectric.com/acatalog/Leviton105807.html
