If the diagram is correct, the radio wire is doubled to the S9 r/w
wire at the 30 terminal on the four-way flasher switch.  It's the
same way on '83-4.

Suggest you start looking for what doesn't work, likely to save some
time.  My first candidate would be the cigarette lighter, which is
fed from S8 right next door.
