<SIGH> I don't own enough Vanagons yet!

While out with the wife this morning checking out estate/yard sales we just
happened to wind up 3 doors down from a beautiful white '88 Westy.
She checked out the estate sale and I walked down the street to meet the
owner, Patrick - a long-time Vanagon fanatic and ex webfoot (from the PNW).
We hung out and talked Vanagons for a good 30 minutes.
It was AWESOME! Definitely reignited the desire for a Syncro Westy.
At the very least I decided that for the time being I need to upgrade to
either 15" or 16" rims/tires.
Been wanting to do it anyway, but his Westy had the 15"s and looked
fantastic.

Definitely the highlight of the day!!!

The wife and I are looking to relocate to the Seattle area in the next 12
months, so the increased possibility of such encounters (and access to
vanagon get-togethers, campouts, etc) is DEFINITELY going to be enjoyed!
