You might try 062F. That's the version for automatic transmission, and it has an extra small hose branching off to go to the transmission cooler which would need to be closed off. Try Ken Wilford, I *think* he had them in stock a few months ago. The price is shocking. Bus Depot has (had?) a much lower price but when I ordered one they couldn't get it.

Perhaps a better alternative would be standard hose with a couple of elbows, built to fit.
