the parts list I circulated is well suited to 100lb springs. It will still close easily with no load on top, you have to pull a little for the first part but it is stable in position about two inches up so you can pull in any remaining canvas. For those that always have a lod on top I would recommend going to 150lb but finding a stronger bottom bracket. FLorian
