The 5 cyl T3 models use a shallower mounting angle than the 50 degree inline 4 T3. 22 degrees rings a bell so quite a bit more upright. As for converting the FI, the 5 cyls used CIS into the early 90s so the most likely bet would be a system from the Eurovan T4 5 cyl 92 on.

I have had a CIS 5 cyl in my Syncro for 11 years now, installed using the RSA mounting parts. I have some inline 4 vans too so the angle differences noted are based on my own eyes.
