The banjo fittings aren't hard to source. The local hydraulics place
near us has them for example. But, making a complete soft hose from
pump to rack is extremely loud, this is one of the primary reasons
OEMs do places that need to be flexible soft line, and hard line
elsewhere as well as setting up resonant chambers in the lines with
restrictors to help suppress noise. We didn't realize how much of a
difference it made until we did a soft line from pump to rack, and
then stopped after 2-3 hoses.
