I'm thankful to everyone in our bus community, particularly the folks who showed us hospitality this year, including Frank & Rita, Jerry & Andreé Edge, Benny and Silvie, Mike & Mary Collum, and LouiZe Christensen Also a shoutout to a donor bus- Dutiful Passage, who contributed a section for my busted CB antenna. Mike Collum has custody of Dutiful Passage and donated the piece. Also thanks to the folks who organized the bus events that we got to attend this year: The Dead of Winter Campout in Rising Fawn GA, Paddy's Wagens in SC, Circle Yer Wagens in TN, Otherbus in NC, Busfusion in Ontario, West River Westies in VT, High Country Bus Festival in NC, and Westies at Watkins in NY. We missed Everybus and Bulli Brigade, but sometimes you just can't make 'em all. I'm thankful that we have the time and wherewithal to get out of town every now and then and meet some of you good folks. We had two great trips this year and hope to get to meet more of youse in the next one. And thanks, I think to the Canadian border guards and their drug sniffing dog who searched our van, coming up with even more stuff than we knew we had. I hope that Frank Condelli had better luck with the dudes on our side of the border, which I assume happened since he hasn't complained to me. And lastly, I want to wish Frank & Rita safe travels on this years' Mexico trip, and to anyone else who's out having an adventure right now, and we also want to send healing thoughts to Mike Collum- we'll see you next spring.
