Friend and I we up to Malahat Auto wreckers today (Vancouver Island). He was looking for good door seal, I was looking for this and that :) We got a pretty nice door seal for $10. I found an '86 panel van, (at first I thought it a personal import, the remaining intact tail light did not have the SAE stamp on it, but door jamb sticker had Canadian import sticker), with an intact full front rubber mat. You know, moulded and held on to van the same way as front carpet. Got that for $20. Beside the vanagons was a JDM pajero or montero turbo diesel with 2 intact Cibie SC Oscar spot/driving lights. Nice units, stainless steel, flat lens, got pair for $60. Picked up a pair of the delay dimming interior lights from circa 1992 jetta/golf *the kind that look light the stock vanagon interior light, but with added circuitry) for $10.
All in all a fun afternoon, and it wasn't raining. cheers Alistair PS interesting to see a couple of the JDM mini trucks and vans in the yard
