It's $1,500 for the rebuild and $1,500 for the R&R of the engine. I still haven't commited yet as I keep kicking around the idea of doing the R&R myself but my garage is not heated.

Of course there could be some complications raising the price some but I don't forsee it going up too high.

And of course I'd LOVE to have it done at your shop Benny! Just send a tow truck and I'll send GPS coordinates. :)

It's a good price, but it make no sense that a shop would give a price. I have done over 60 engines and none of my invoice is the same. Anything between 2500$-5800$ for a complete job.
