1.  any flat blade screwdriver will open the reservoir.  If you insist,
GoWesty (http://www.gowesty.com) sells keys.

2.  It is much easier to fill the reservoir from inside the camper.
Open the top of the cabinet beside the stove.  Remove three screws from
the metal plate.  Open the cap of the reservoir (may be pretty tight,
mine was).  Fill the reservoir.  I use a hose with a hose end valve to
avoid messes.  Filling through the inlet takes for..............ever.

3.  If the camper is new to you, you should sanitze the system with
bleach prior to using it for drinking water.  You have no idea how long
water sat in the thing, or whatever.
