Acherly, BZ, runty chickin in a bucket is one of our faves. Keep them runties cold then use an 8" Camp Dutch Oven to do the deed. Outside the van of course. Onions, lemons, carrots, and such inside after you take out all the questionable bits. Briquettes on top for a brown breasted bird or baste with 20-50 ^H^H^H or Kitchen Bouquet. A snippet of fine applewood bacon on each breast makes an appetizing presentation.

We have used a Pyromid oven and a square Woody Dutch Oven to get the same result.

Serve with tortillas properly prepared on the Vanagon Tortilla Warmer that masquerades as a stove top spill preventer.
