I had the same problem with my flashers and it cleared itself up somehow.
No fault with the turn signals or the parking lights or brake lights..just
the left side E-flasher not working front and back...Walked away and came
back...everything working...Huh?    must be the switch..I have another that
maybe I will swap in just for fun...
