MJ, did you report the case to Better Business Bureau? Do it!
Even unpolite reception must be reported! Anytime and at any place. Once I
was given very hard time with a repair in my house. My attorney letter was
ignored. The case finished the service company. As citizens and customers it
is our obligation to chase the frods and scammers and destroy them
financially.
