I'll actually be addressing the cat issue these next couple days, and the starter probably next week, but I'll still be selling the syncro. I really have such little spare time between 40+ hours at work and 4 kids at home, I can't give the van the attention it deserves. I love the van and have soooo much fun in it, and I have all sorts of plans to do stuff to it, but they never come to fruition. We'll be moving to Portland, Oregon soon and I'll be fairly close to work. I'll likely ride public transit quite often. My wife needs the reliable, newer car so we'll be trading in our CRV for a (gasp!) minivan. Blah.
