Yep. A few years ago I drove to Chicago (from DC) in my SVX powered Westy Syncro. On the tollroad we were having trouble maintaining 65 mph. I was wondering why until we stopped for gas, and I realized we were fighting a 30 mph headwind. Fuel economy sucked, but being able to do 65 made the trip a lot more pleasurable (and shorter). I hate to think how slow I would have been traveling with a stock engine.
