BLM camping is great, when in the West. Not available in most states, including some of the western ones. If one's objective on a given occasion is one of the National Parks, BLM camping is moot. Most of the NP campgrounds are now concessioner operated as well, and though a different department (Interior rather than Ag) is involved, we can look for a similar effort on the NP concessioner's part as well. Of course, if campsite users had not either expected or caved in to all the overkill "services" that the campgrounds now offer .......... . Hmmmmmmmmm. DMc
