Can't tell you anything about how to do it but can say that it is fairly simple and straight-forward to do. The man who sold me my current van, had a 2001 Eurovan that he did that very thing in. Even a sink on top (inside a folding cover) with a portable coleman "cooker", water storage and pump in the base of it. It "locked" into place behind the psgr seat, at the main battery box bulkhead. He most often removed it from the van while camping and did the cooking/washing up at the campsite. Not necessarily well suited for inclement weather camping like we can with the Westy.
