Thinking of renting/purchasing a large defunct warehouse space in San Antonio. Any thoughts on pre-reqs that a seller may go for that will allow garage/work space, living areas, and possible commercial enterprise without costing me more. First time at this and want to ask the right questions. Will be able to lift? my van and do work inside while living/working there. Sorry for the limited VC, but it is pertinent to garage space and vans. Just testing the waters on this so nothing solid yet.
