In the mid-90's in Marin, there was a cold snap. Got down to 15 at night for a few days. You could not buy a home plumbing water pressure regulator after that, there was such a run on them. They're not used to that kind of temps at all there. 'Bout the best climate in the world too - cooled by the Bay and Pacific Ocean, yet warm and sunny a lot. Like months at a time. So nice !
