Escpecially the experienced mechanics and gearheads who know the answer
before you ask it.  They show much patience when you know they would rather
type in caps "CHECK THE ARCHIVES" or "DO YOU OWN A BENTLEY?"

They are like living, breathing "Sticky Threads" that keep on giving because
they love the Vanagon life and like to share.
