If i get this right.

On most 1.9L and some 2.1L the right (looking at engine from the back)
stud/bolt of the 3 (water pump) is always stuck there, seized by coolant.

The stud itself is the problem, if you remove this one you will see that on
some engine the stud thread have a very little hole deep inside that end up
in the water jacket.

So start by tightening this 13mm nut. If it's still leaking, remove nut and
apply sealant.

SAME problem with one of the thermostat housing on 1.9L, one of the 2 bolt
screwed to the pump itself need sealant, the forward one, same problem, new
pump have a tinny hole deep in the thread.
