RE: Trip Whey the hell didn't you say you were coming through Seattle? I'm about two minutes off I-5 when you were passing by Lynnwood, always good for a cup of coffee. Good luck on the trip. Check the weather carefully if you decide to use routes other than I-5. 101/Hwy 1 down the coast should be clear but inland, like 395, will be cold and probably snow. Only real snow issue heading south on I-5 is the Siskiyous but they are kept clear if at all possible.
