As the kit is pretty cheap, do it all at once. It's not very hard. Two main points: 1. Be sure all fittings at the fuel rails and injectors are properly tight and 2. make sure to replace the plastic fitting at the firewall. That's the main piece known to fail, and most folks will just have continuous line running there instead of a break. As for myself, I added a piece of bicycle tire tubing at that point to provide a little extra protection, but I've not really heard that chafing has been a problem.
