same part number on the Idle Stabilizers on my inline as is on the WBX

I just wondered if there might be a known issue during really cold weather with that part. Maybe mine did go south in a year. It was a really "Good Deal" priced one from somewhere like "The Parts Train' or one of those.. Don Hanson
