It got down in to the low 30s here in the Bay Area last night.

It seems like a high idle (the valve) kicks in when the temp gets down to 40
and below level on my 2.1.  When it does, it idles at about 1200 and slowly
decreases.

Is that textbook? Or is that idle too high?
