Yup! The wheels are a direct fit and the tire specs are basically equivalent. My Baywindow has been rolling on Vanagon rims for a couple years now and my vanagon came with bay rims on it when I got it in the spring of 08. No issues on either, excepting that a purist would notice that bay rims are painted silver or white and vanagon rims are painted black.
