Yeah, at $300 a month for insurance I would be paying out the total cost of my 1.8 inline 84 in just ten months! Fer gid it!

I've said it before..insurance is a big scam. I wouldn't plan on 'making out' well in any dealings with insurance. They pretty much have it all their way because they've paid off the lawmakers to favor them with beneficial laws. They also use our own money (from premiums) to fight us in legal battles and they have LOTS of money to spend on court cases. After all, saying they will be going to court to avoid paying off on a policy is the way they do it. If you call their bluff and do go into court, you will likely lose or at least come out behind where you would be if you just took their silly Low-ball offered settlements......

Then they figure in the cost of going to court all the time and add that into their own costs of doing business before they decide what to charge us for premiums...

I've also looked into a way to cover the actual value of special vehicles...Never found one that was believable or affordable. Why would an insurance company give you a fair settlement if they could make more by screwing you? If they treated their insurance clients fairly, they would be screwing their shareholders...less profit for them...
