I took the time to do the full quote. However, there are caveats that kept me from purchasing this insurance:

* Every driver must have a car they can drive that is not the collector vehicle. Even though we rarely drive our Westy, we only have one other vehicle - I ride my bike or take the bus everywhere. This disqualifies me. From their site: "All licensed household drivers must have a regular-use vehicle to use for daily driving."

* My van is an '89 with a 2.5L subie in it. Modified autos or trucks made past '86 can't be insured by them.

* Your vehicle must be stored in a locked garage. Mine is in a carport secured by a locked gate, which disqualifies it.

Personally I keep good records of my van and also keep track of comparable sales on GoWesty's site should I ever have to file a claim (knock on wood!)

Luke
