Did you read the fine print?  I can put whatever value I want to on art
objects or jewelry for insurance purposes, but what I will collect in
the event of a loss is appraised value.  Without appraised value, or
recent sales receipt, I will be SOL.  Don't count on the value you
placed on the van being the amount you will collect if it's lost.  At
least it runs that way here.  David Mc
