I will certainly save the  "little yellow engine that could".  I may keep it as a back up if I get a van with a tired engine or I'll make sure that he finds a nice home.  As for my Westy stuff, most of it was broken up in the crash.  Even the pop top doesn't want to close. I know some folks never use their Westy fridge, stove and sink, but we use it a lot.  I often cook out on my lunch break at work. We like to camp a lot too.  So I am looking for a Westy.  When my Caravan quits I may be in the market for a 2WD passenger van for my DW.

extensively worked  on doin a partial rebuild when i was 18 yrs old with the
help of this very  list is what brought life into Steve's van. Hopefully it
can live on in  another.... : )

Does it have to be a westfalia?
There are some  really great options for 2wd passanger vans these days, very
rust free and  in nice shape.
