Nope, and that's what they owe you. Go on the Samba and find ads for Westys similar to yours. Show them what you will need to pay to replace the van. Check eBay as well, especially "sold" listings (I believe you will need an account to see these). Check other on-line car sales sites.

Patience is the key. The longer this drags on the more they will just want to get rid of the claim. Search the archives. This gets discussed in depth about three or four times a year.
