(To briefly summarize, they offer to help you (at no charge) get a better settlement, asking (but not requiring) that you let them do the work that needs to be done on the vehicle. I am guessing this would apply to "technically, totaled, but realistically, fixable" vehicles, but read it yourself and form your own conclusions. I just saw it while looking for something else and figured I would pass it along.)
