I have this VW solar charger designed to sit in the windshield and
trickle charge the starting battery.  I have only used it upon
occasion and so have limited experience with it.  Does anyone out
there use this regularly and have some advice on how to best use it's
capabilities?  Can it charge any other portable batteries?  It puts
out 3.2 Watts, 18.8V, 170 mA max.
