Jerry.. No 5 speed upgrade here in the US readily available for a reasonable price. I can re-gear with a taller 4th during a rebuild easily, but you need to be careful how tall you go depending on tire size and weight of the van..A Westy with taller tires should typically stay stock so it will pull in 4th.
