Any plumbers out there? I had a new island installed in kitchen with n undermount sink and granite top. They cut the wrong hole for the sink since she wanted an off set stainless steel sink, so they re-cut the hole on-site and brought over the correct sink. A month ago(3 mos after initial install) the sink fell out of the counter and into the sink base. They came back and re-epoxyed it under the counter and left 2x4 braces there to hold while setting. I did not see any braces or brackets to hold the sink when I checked from under and called them back. They came and installed some wrinky-dink 2x4 braces from underneath, but one just fell out on it's own just now. When I get under there, all i see is epoxy holding the sink up...is this sufficient? From what I have read, the metal brackets need to be installed into the top to hold the sink up, as well. Please advise before I really offend these folks as much as they have offended me by this shoddy service. Michael in San Antonio 91GL AT 'Gringo' 73 Beetle
