I am not one nor do I play one on TV, but my house frequently makes me pretend to be one.  Not being able to see the situation, I'd recommend some sort of brace beneath the sink that would run from side to side or front to back attaching to the base cabinet walls.  Perforated metal strapping (like what holds the drainage tray up under the evaporator in my Westy--Vanagon content!) screwed into place would do it.  Not pretty but effective, and it would free up storage space that other braces might block.

Any plumbers out there?  I had a new island installed in kitchen with n undermount sink and granite top. They cut the wrong hole for the sink since she wanted an off set stainless steel sink, so they re-cut the hole on-site and brought over the correct sink. A month ago(3 mos after initial install) the sink fell out of the counter and into the sink base.
