One of the easiest places to locate it is under the leading edge of the luggage rack (this is fairly easy to remove.) Fiberglass is invisible at the wavelengths used for Satellite radio. I tend to keep a spare tank of gas (40 liters) and a generator up in my luggage rack and can say that I do have some interference, especially when the signal is compromised by trees and mountains. But in general, this is a good place to put the antenna.

You can route the cable back under the canvas, behind the curtains behind the stove. You might need to get one of the extra long cables if your connection isn't in the cabinet or under your front seat.
