the chisel method, for stripped out CV joint screws, that I mentioned, will get those suckers out in 30 seconds to a minute, 90 % of the time. The outers are not much harder to do that way than the inners. I always use the later type bolts ( not the 6 mm Allen ones ) - they seem to be harder material. I've only ever had one of those strip out, but hundreds of the 6mm Allen ones have. Scott www.turbovans.com
