Volks- I just can't catch a break! Not TWO months after getting Blackbeard back from having the LAST round of front-end damage repaired (not my fault), the van was again mercilessly hit while sitting vacant in a parking structure. ARRGGHHH ! ! ! ! ! And apparently the upstanding citizens of the City of Sin (that was a joke)do not find it necessary to leave any information after inflicting anonymous vehicular damage while nobody is around to cry foul. So here I sit with yet another round of annoying fiberglass and paint damage on the passenger corner - and no cash-ola with which to make the necessary repairs. No biggie because nothing was mechanically damaged. All cosmetic. But man oh man, them were some sweet-lookin' cosmetics! I put a lot into this bugger! They also cracked the lower grille and popped out a couple of the clips that attach it to the body. This is a fix that I know can be done with minimal investment and no need to match paint, patch fiberglass, etc . . . OY! Anyone have a lower grille for a '90 GL laying around that isn't cracked, and maybe the clips to go with it that I can purchase? I can get a check off in the mail lickity-split. Thanks in advance!
