Here's a DV "kit" with the older (and less desirable IIRC) carriers. No pic of FW though:

I would suggest researching what hydro mounts would fit.

You'd need the DV exhaust parts too. The brackets between the muffler and engine are likely not too hard to make. Bosal makes the DV hangers. (cheap). Don't know which Mk2 c/w the "toilet bowl" down pipe, but that seems to work fine for some.
