As others have said that is your oil pressure relief valve under that
slotted screw.  Don't mess with it.  Look higher up with a flashlight.
You will probably find that you are a bad water pump.  There is a hole
in the bottom of the housing that leaks coolant out of it when the pump
is failing (this gives you a warning so you can replace it before it
seizes up).  Look at this hole and if it looks like coolant is coming
out or has come out in the past (green slime around the hole) then the
pump is bad and should be replaced immediately.  If you need one let me
know and we can supply one for you.
